Week 1 Vocabulary Paragraph

Today is thursday and I have to go to the doctors. My mother has scheduled a doctors appointment for me at 9:25 so I cant go to school today. At the doctors the doctor will examine my body for a check up. he had told my mom that he had seen something unusual and must analyze it. He had told my mom that i had a rare desise called obesity.my mom and I knew that it had been derived form my ancestors. and the only way to cure it is to go on a diet and start excercising.

Derive  -  to trace from a source or origin
Example - I derived an appreciation greek literature after learning more about it.

1) Impose (verb)
Ex. I think I will impose a new rule in the classroom - every time you cuss, you owe Julianna 25 cents. I think she will become rich quickly.
Definition- to put or set by or as if by authority

2) Integrate (verb)
Ex. At the beginning of this quarter, we integrated Ms. S's class and Mr. Davis's class to become UMOJA.
Definition-to make up, combine, or complete to produce a whole or a larger unit, as parts do.

3) Predict (verb)
Ex. I predict that the weather in San Diego will be nicer than the weather in Seattle next week!
Definition- To think whats to happen in in the future
In  algebra 1 i have a D-. in Language arts i have a B. In math lab i have a C. with my grades I am satisfied. But not with my Algebra 1 i know i need to improve and i will be working on it.
